Features and Advantages

1. Automatic control: the instrument works automatically with constant pressure and current. The nitrogen flow can be adjusted automatically from 0 to 1000ml/min according to the dosage.

2. Advanced technology: The electrolytic cell adopts membrane
separation technology, and the catalytic layer USES PCAN carrier and precious metal catalyst, which makes the electrolytic cell with high catalytic efficiency, large gas production and high purity of nitrogen. The electrolytic cell has been aging for more than 100 hours with high voltage and large current, which makes the performance and working state of the cell more stable.

3. Low nitrogen-producing humidity: Ultra-high molecular weight permeable membrane separation technology and metal polymer dehumidification device were used to reduce the original humidity. The instrument has two stages of adsorption, which further reduces the nitrogen d w point and greatly improves the purity.

4. Easy to operate: no need to transport cylinders, no need to transport cylinders, only need to turn on the power switch to produce nitrogen.It can be used continuously or intermittently with stable nitrogen production.
